The residence is located in Sainte-Maxime, in a district full of trees, right next to the historic city centre, within a stone's throw of the shops, the city centre, the beach and the casino.

The renovated residence provides air-conditioned apartments, 71 km away from Toulon and 22 km away from Fréjus. Visit many nearby Provence villages.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Room information

In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 2 ceramic hobs and an electric coffee-maker. A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture.

Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Sheets.
• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.

Important information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.

From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

1) An excellent receptionist. 2) A good sized room. 3) A good location for visiting Ste Maxime. 4) Good provision for out of hours arrivals.

Easy walk to beach, opposite supermarket, good aircon, would stay here again as position is so good and easy parking

Free parking near hotel, close to St Maxime centre and bay, easy access to highway for St Tropez. Good base for families.

No character, it is an apartment block on a main road and not inspiring to stay in.

Nenhum ponto pode ser ressaltado. Já estivemos em outros, como o Maeva de St. Tropez, que eram de melhor qualidade.

O padrão de limpeza dos franceses é bem diferente daquele dos brasileiros. Conheço bem pois morei 10 anos na França. Por isso, a item limpeza ficou abaixo da crítica.

appartement net opnieuw gestoffeerd jaar tevoren, zag er keurig uit. lokatie ideaal bij het centrum

bij aankomst 's avonds laat geen lakens in het appartement (alleen voor 1 persoon!) terwijl we tevoren hadden doorgegeven dat we na sluiting van de receptie met 4 personen zouden aankomen. hebben dus in nood in badlakens geslapen!! geklaagd de volgende ochtend, maar ze konden weinig voor ons doen omdat de reservering via jullie is verlopen. kregen toen wel lakens voor de 2e nacht.
