The Hotel Obermühle has been family owned and operated since 1634. We have an elegantly rustic, cozy atmosphere with a superior staff. Here our guests will receive the utmost hospitality and personal attention.
We offer a luxurious heated pool, sauna, solarium and a large garden with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Of course these features are all included in the price of your room.

We enjoyed walking around Garmish. It was alot quieter and cleaner than Munich. We also got to go see the Zugspitze.

The setting was gorgeous and it was a short walk to the town centre.

The staff was predominantly grumpy. The hotel looks like it hasn't been re-decorated since the 1970s. The rooms are dark, the sheets small, the mattresses old and uncomfortable. The two buildings are connected by an underground tunnel which takes ages to traverse. Breakfast was re-heated and the buffet area too crammed for the amount of people present. Even newspapers had to be paid for daily.

Sehr bemühter und freundlicher junger Mann an der Rezeption, sehr freundliches Zimmermädches.

Die Qualitätsanmutung der Zimmer entspricht nur einem zweisterne Hotel. Bei der Zusammenstellung des Frühstücks habe ich dies ebenfalls empfunden. Ich bin beruflich sehr häufig über Nacht unterwegs und denke dass ich mir aufgrund meiner Erfahrung diese Aussage durchaus erlauben kann. Eine viersterne-Bewertung halte ich beim Hotel Best Western Obermühle für sehr überzogen. Fern ab der Realität!

Total veraltete Zimmer, durchgelegene Matratzen, das Badezimmer roch nach Kloake und war dunkel, mit nur zwei kleinen Lampen ueber dem Waschbecken. Zum Zimmer in ein anderes Gebaeude, musste man durch einen endlos langen muffig richenden Gang laufen. Das Fruehstuecksbuefett war langweilig mit aufgebackenen Broetchen.

Endast att ett av tandborstglasen var smutsigt... 70-tals standard på badrummet, med viss 'sunkig' lukt.

l'accueil, une charmante jeune femme blonde qui parlait français, nous qui ne parlions pas un mot d'allemand; mon fils a adoré le illard et la piscine,surtout en lein hiver; la proximité du stade de slalom, puisque nous y allions pour voir la coupe du monde de ski; la proximité du centre ville et la quiétude.
