Uninterested staff. Can speak Dutch, but refuse. Wanted to buy water, first they said no, than I saw 2 bottles on the counter and asked about them. Suddenly it was ok for 4 euro's! Lukewarm/cold shower. Totally different room than pictures showed.

Room beside squeaky elevator - it is not possible to sleep, broken tiles in bathroom, etc.

After the ownership change and the renovation it has been modernized and improved both in services and infrastructures in favor of clientele.

I had a room besides the hotel internal garden. There was a a central air condition system or something similar that produced loud noise, especially in the nights, and broke my sleep.

Breakfast was good.

Room was quite small, and too hot. The elevator is small, two people and maybe one piece of large luggage. One can use the stairs, but they are spiraled and narrow, not sfae for those with balance problems or any walking impairments. I would recommend to after explaining problems.

This is a first class hotel! Very convenient if you're travelling by train.

The location is quite convenient

The single room was minuscule and not really clean, not worth the price I paid. Internet connection comes at 15€ a day, that's too expensive.
